Safiyah Basir, I have been type one diabetic since the age of 7. I come to you as the American Diabetes Ambassador and an Executive leader for the Tour De Cure. My Hemoglobin A1C has been consistently within an incredibly healthy range for several years and within the past four years between 5.7-5.4. My most recent A1C is 5.4 which was taken two months ago. I’ve started this podcast to show all who are touched by diabetes that you can have and live a healthy, full, limitless life with diabetes. New episode each week.
